John Lubinksy is hands down the BEST realtor. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful he is not only as a realtor but an overall person. We used John to buy and sell a home. We started our search for our second home in the summer of 2022. Before we even started our search, John came to our home and gave us a few suggestions to get our home "ready" to sell and also sat down to chat with us about what we wanted in our future home. We looked intermittently over the span of 2.5 years and faced some challenges due to the competitiveness of the Columbus market but John was always positive and encouraging. He must have shown us 50+ homes in this time span. John is incredibly knowledgeable on homes and the Columbus area and often gave us wisdom and things to think about during home showings - consistently educating us on potential risks and future costs.
